Over the years, we have become experts in the work of Théo Van Rysselberghe, and are preparing a scientific catalogue raisonné based on important unpublished archives. These include over 400 letters from artists (mostly Signac and Cross) to Van Rysselberghe, the archives of the Galerie Georges Giroux and the artist’s personal notebooks in which, among other things, he recorded his production, his submissions to exhibitions and posing sessions with models and clients.
